The Manager, Human Resources supports companywide or specific state/region Human Resources initiatives in order to achieve business strategy and long- and short-term objectives. This role partners with and provides strategic and day-to-day support to assigned business leaders. Experience working in a union environment is preferred, including familiarity with labor relations, collective bargaining agreements, and contract administration.Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Proactively supports the delivery and implementation of HR processes for Sales and Operations client groups in collaboration with the Management and HR teams.
Supports the internal talent acquisition process.
Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling; conducts exit interviews.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Salary Range: $96,600 - $131,000
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan
