Manager Institutional Sales

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead institutional sales in the FMCG domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our footprint across key institutional channels including corporate clients, HORECA, educational institutions, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through acquisition and retention of institutional clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored value propositions.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Track, report, and optimize sales performance against defined KPIs.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in institutional sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of institutional buying behavior and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Open to extensive regional travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
