Manager Internal Audit

Zahid Jamil & Co. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager Internal Audit to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading internal audit functions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and strengthening internal control systems across the organization.

Requirements:

• Qualification: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) – Mandatory
• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant internal audit experience
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead audit assignments effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments across departments
• Evaluate internal controls and identify risk areas
• Prepare audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and control systems
