Royal Smart Limousine (RSL) is Dubai’s premier provider of luxury and executive transportation solutions, serving an elite clientele that includes government entities, embassies, VIP travelers, global corporations, and world-renowned hospitality brands. As part of our strategic expansion and diversification into mobility investment models, we are seeking an accomplished Manager – Investment & Acquisition to lead business growth through strategic partnerships, high-value acquisitions, and investor relations.

Position Overview

The Manager – Investment & Acquisition will spearhead Royal Smart Limousine’s investment portfolio by identifying, negotiating, and managing large-scale commercial opportunities. This position demands a commercially astute leader with proven expertise in B2B investment sales, strategic partnerships, and asset acquisition within the UAE market.

The ideal candidate is a visionary dealmaker with a strong network across industries such as transportation, mobility, hospitality, and real estate — capable of developing innovative investment models and securing high-value partnerships that drive sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Investment & Business Acquisition

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value investment and acquisition opportunities in alignment with RSL’s long-term growth strategy.
  • Structure and negotiate partnership models, investor agreements, and acquisition deals to maximize ROI.
  • Lead financial feasibility studies, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential acquisitions or fleet expansion projects.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and finance team to finalize deal structures and funding models.

2. Business Development & Investor Relations

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate, government, and institutional investors.
  • Develop tailored investment proposals and vehicle partnership plans to attract and retain investors.
  • Represent RSL in key business forums, expos, and high-level networking events to expand the investment ecosystem.
  • Cultivate long-term investor relationships to ensure trust, satisfaction, and repeat investments.

3. Contract & Portfolio Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of investment contracts — from proposal and negotiation to execution and renewal.
  • Monitor investor portfolio performance and provide quarterly insights and growth recommendations.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance with UAE laws, and internal approval protocols.

4. Market & Financial Analysis

  • Track and analyze market trends in the fleet leasing, investment, and transportation sectors.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for expansion.
  • Provide periodic business performance reports and market intelligence briefs to management.

5. Governance, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records of investors, contracts, and financial performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE commercial regulations, MOHRE, and RTA standards.
  • Prepare regular performance dashboards and investment summaries for executive review.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Experience:

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in investment management, commercial acquisitions, corporate sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven success in closing multi-million-dirham deals within the UAE market.
  • Prior experience in transportation, fleet leasing, or hospitality investment sectors is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of investment structures and ROI models.
  • Analytical thinker with strategic problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages such as Hindi, French, or Russian are an asset).

Other Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Must be willing to travel across the UAE for client and investor meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
