SALARY: $82,400-$92,700, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

Work cross-functionally across Logistics, Finance, and Carrier Support teams, and with carrier partners, to ensure timely and accurate payment of carriers for freight, fuel, and additional fees owed per agreed-upon contracts. Serve as the primary owner of the carrier accessorial submission process to ensure prompt reimbursement and positive carrier relationships. Support the Transport team with month-end close activities for outstanding balances due to carriers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the accessorial submission and approval process with carriers. Review submissions and supporting documentation to either approve or deny based on information provided and AB carrier handbook, maintaining a reasonable backlog and meeting response time SLA’s.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the Balance Dues portion of our online portal “Bud Exchange” where carriers submit claims for payment that is owed by AB.
  • Utilize SAP to pay carriers manually where automation is not possible. Collaborate with the Finance team to submit Excel spreadsheets for manual payment.
  • Regularly compile and maintain accurate reporting of financials – including assembling monthly KPI reports to assess spending categories and identify trends at our various breweries.
  • Work effectively as a team member within the logistics execution team. Actively participate in a positive manner to execute, support, monitor, and achieve Logistics KPIs and goals.
  • Identify and implement process changes that result in improved execution in day-to-day activities.
  • Address operational topics with a sense of urgency and make sure operations are servicing internal SLA’s.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related degree
  • 1-3 years of Logistics or Supply Chain experience required. Transportation experience a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and good analytical skills with the ability to successfully juggle competing priorities and sometimes conflicting goals
  • High Excel skills required; SAP & Power BI knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive positive results in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
