Manager Marketing

Responsibilities:

· Drive an ambitious, innovative and integrated marketing communication strategy.

· Raise the profile of digital links brand within the marketplace, reinforcing the existing brand identity and associated messages in terms of purpose, values, value proposition, mission and vision.

· Analyze market conditions and competitor activity

· Devise, implement and monitor digital and social marketing campaigns for the targeted segments and assume their complete ownership

· Conceptualize, execute and monitor email, social media and display advertising campaigns

· Undertake keyword research and performance estimations.

· Partner with cross functional teams as and when required for effective campaign planning and analysis

· Work on Google analytics and Facebook.

· Launching a marketing campaign by collaborating with a team of experts in order to develop products or services that exploit a particular niche in the market. These professionals may then implement product development, pricing, and distribution strategies to achieve goals and objectives.

· Review reports, analyze markets, and determine a course of action. As innovators, global managers create a vision, generate new ideas to improve products or services, test new methods, and seize opportunities to transform their vision into profits.

· Implementing brand's web and social media strategy.

· Managing sales on ecommerce platforms - manage listings, customer reviews

· Social Media Marketing - Managing Brand's Social Media accounts under guidance of Marketing Head

· Customer Communication - Managing customer queries, complaints, de-escalate issues, engaging customer in dialogues etc.

· Developing / editing web content

· Publishing content on blogs, social media accounts etc.

· Creating reports to monitor customer engagement, brand reputation, ecommerce sales etc.

· Building an effective brand ambassador network to manage online brand reputation.

· Design merchandise for giveaways and have them produced by quality vendors

· Assume ownership of print media activities.

· Plan and organize events.

Minimum Qualification

· BBA Hons / MBA Marketing.

Minimum Experience

· Minimum 3 year relevant experience in field

  • A knowledge of and an interest in the methods organizations use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Photo and video-editing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs0.10 - Rs10.00 per month

Experience:

  • CCTV Team supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
