Develop, maintain and coordinate marketing operations including but not limited to advertising, promotions, special events, budgets and rewards club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Create cost analysis for each marketing event
- Develop and submit monthly promotional calendars
- Manage monthly social media calendars
- Assist Marketing Coordinators in maintaining social media and online review platforms.
- Prepares purchase orders for marketing projects and events based on budget.
- Help develop and coordinate direct mail and newsletter pieces
- Utilizes project management system in preparing and distributing information for printing signs, coupons, banners, flyers, and other marketing tools.
- Resolves customer complaints and issues via letter, phone calls, email and/or personal meetings
- Assures correct point values, prize and or comp values issued to players via casino management system.
- Manages and coordinates customer events with Players Club and other affected departments
- Manages customer events, programs and parties
- Maintain and manage dispersement of donations to various business and organizations
- Interfaces with advertising and/or other agencies to meet deadlines of radio, newsprint and television advertisements.
- Work with Marketing Director on meeting budget expectations.
- Manage team of Marketing Coordinators
- Maintain and distribute property collateral
- Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
