Manager MEP

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager – MEP to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works across multiple projects. The role involves overseeing execution, client handling, and internal coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple MEPF projects and ensure timely execution
• Oversee project execution as per approved drawings and schedules
• Handle billing, RA bills, and client invoicing
• Lead client management and project review meetings
• Manage vendors and subcontractors
• Lead and mentor project and site teams
• Coordinate with design team for drawings, revisions, and approvals
• Coordinate with procurement team for material planning and delivery
• Ensure internal coordination across departments
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in MEPF project management
• Strong technical and leadership skills
• Excellent english communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
