We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager – NOC to lead our Network Operations Center operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, cloud environments, and incident management, along with proven leadership experience in managing 24/7 operational teams. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our systems and services.
- Lead and manage the NOC team to ensure 24/7 monitoring and support of network and system infrastructure.
- Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, escalation handling, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational best practices.
- Monitor network performance, system health, and security alerts; proactively resolve issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Cloud, Infrastructure, Security) and external vendors for issue resolution.
- Implement and improve monitoring tools, automation, and operational processes.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management.
- Conduct team training, performance evaluations, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and change management procedures.
- Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–8 years of experience in Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role within a NOC environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
