Manager OD & HR Operations

Arthur Lawrence Pakistan is hiring a Manager – OD & HR Operations to lead and optimize our talent strategies and core HR processes. This role will drive organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and policy enhancement, while streamlining HR operations to boost efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design and execute talent management initiatives (e.g., performance management, succession planning, OD strategies)
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development programs
• Lead change management, policy review, and organization-wide OD projects
• Manage HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, HCMS optimization, and audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HRBPs) to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:-

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, or Public Administration
• 7+ years of experience in OD and HR operations and 10-12 years of overall experience.
• Strong command of MS Office, HR systems, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills in English
