Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the hospital administration team.
  • Oversee the operations of designated shifts, ensuring efficient workflow
  • Assess staff performance
  • Supervise and support administrative staff during assigned shifts.
  • Coordinate with department heads and staff to address any issues or concerns that arise during the shift.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
