*Requirements:*

- *Education:* Graduate degree

- *Experience:* Minimum 5 years in operations, with at least 2 years as a Branch/Operations Manager

- *Industry:* Hospitality, Services, or Retail experience preferred

*Responsibilities:*

- Oversee daily operations

- Oversee all aspects of retail store operations, including sales, staff management, inventory, and customer service

- Drive sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded

- Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle customer queries and complaints efficiently

- *Manage teams*

- *Ensure customer satisfaction*

- *Drive business growth*
