Job Description

  • Location: Karachi
  • Qualification: Graduation
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international BPO environment, preferably managing chat support operations.

Skills Required:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Job Specifications and Duties:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day international operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
  • Lead chat and email support teams to achieve SLA and KPI targets consistently.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet client expectations and operational goals.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and development where required.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and client requirements.
