The HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies, to support a high-performance culture

Job Title: Manager People & HR (Salary range 60K – 80K)

Location: Bahria Town, Phase-7, Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding
• Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
• Maintain a positive and productive work culture through engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR best practices
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
• Maintain HR records and reports (files, attendance, leaves, etc.)
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and business goals

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an HR management role and can work independently
• Strong understanding of HR systems, labor laws, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
