Job Roles / Responsibilities:

The Manager will primarily assist the Director People Analytics, Systems and Reporting in leading the function. This includes delivering actionable insights through advanced people analytics, dashboards, and strategic workforce reports. The role involves managing a team, collaborating closely with the Director for internal/external reporting, HR committee presentations, and enhancing the people analytics frameworks that enable HR Business Partners and business leaders to make data-driven decisions.


The responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics dashboards, predictive models, and trend analyses. Ensure insights are translated into actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders
  • Partner with the Director to prepare internal/external reports, HR committee presentations, and ensure alignment with institutional priorities
  • Define and implement HR data governance standards. Ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems and reports
  • Manage and mentor a team of specialists and analysts. Build capacity in HR data and analytics capabilities
  • Develop HR metrics framework segmented by domains and departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine the metrics.
  • Ensure integration of these metrics into dashboards and reporting systems for ongoing monitoring


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in HR systems, analytics, and reporting, with 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Strong ability to translate organizational priorities into advanced people analytics, dashboards, and strategic workforce reports.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing People Analytics frameworks and KPI dashboards for HR and business stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level reports and presentations for HR committees and leadership
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python.
  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including predictive and trend analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across HR business partners, and other business units.
  • Capability to ensure compliance, and data governance while maintaining accuracy and integrity of HR data
