Responsibilities
- Develop and execute media plans for clients that align with business goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver strategic recommendations based on research, trends, and insights.
- Evaluate media platforms and recommend the best mix of channels to optimize reach, and engagement.
- Oversee the implementation of media plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client objectives.
- Optimize campaigns in real time, adjusting strategies based on performance data to maximize results.
- Monitor industry trends, and audience behavior to recommend new opportunities for clients.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure that media planning is aligned with creative direction and messaging.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding media planning, providing regular updates and insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing recommendations for future media planning.
- Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and cost effectively.
- Continuously evaluate the success of media campaigns and adjust strategies based on results to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Promote collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the media planning team to enhance overall performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in media planning, media buying, or a related role, preferably within an agency or media company.
- Strong understanding of media landscape, including digital, print, broadcast, and emerging channels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and inspire a team in a fast paced, client driven environment.
