Manager PMO

Requirement

Minimum 16 years Degree in Telecom, PMP or related field

5 to 7 years’ experience in FTTH in relevant field i.e., Quality Assurance, Deployment & Project management.

Key Responsibilities of Manager:

· Lead and manage FTTH field teams to ensure timely and high-quality deployment, taking all aspects of Effective Project Delivery & management

· Monitor and improve quality standards across all FTTH installations, Complying USF / Company Standards

· Coordinate with planning, deployment, QA, Ops , vendor teams and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines as well as absolute Quality of works

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational guidelines during deployment activities and assuring all the compliance in line with Guide lines & instructions

· Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and track KPIs for FTTH Project Delivery as per assigned targets .

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

· Project tracking & monitoring, aligned with Project deliverables / PIPs

· Financial management of Project, covering all aspects

· Managing risk assessment & mitigations to keep the Project delivery on track

· Managing stakeholder engagement & effective communications among all stakeholders.

· Follow up with vendors for RoW acquisitions and handling day to day segments in field from permission aspects or allied in line with field necessities.

Skills:

· Strong FTTH technical knowledge (fiber Deployments and all allied components of FTTH network infrastructure).

· Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Experience of Project management & delivery

· Effective communication Skills

· Good knowledge & expertise of handling HSE segments

· Risk assessment & aligning mitigation action plans

· Vendor management

Pay: Rs140,000.00 per month
