We're Hiring: Manager PMO – FTTH Projects

Location: Sialkot Central Exchange
Salary: PKR 140,000 per month

Are you an experienced FTTH Project Management professional with a passion for delivering high-quality fiber deployment projects? We are looking for a Manager PMO to lead FTTH project execution, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

Education

• Minimum 16 years of education in Telecommunication Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP Certification will be considered a strong advantage.

Experience

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in FTTH Projects, including:
• Project Management
• Quality Assurance
• FTTH Deployment
• Telecom Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FTTH field teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Oversee end-to-end FTTH deployment while ensuring compliance with PTCL and USF standards.
• Coordinate with planning, deployment, QA, operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, deliverables, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and operational guidelines.
• Manage project budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor project deliverables, PIPs, and overall project performance.
• Liaise with vendors for Right of Way (RoW) approvals and resolve field-related permission issues.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
