Manager Public Relations & Administration (Ex-Army Colonel)

We are seeking a retired Army Colonel with strong leadership and administrative experience, preferably from the manufacturing sector, to manage PR, administration, and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage public relations and government stakeholder engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments and public sector organizations

- Oversee complete administration and facility operations

- Supervise fleet, utilities, maintenance, and support staff

- Ensure vendor management, compliance, and gate security

- Represent the company in official and external engagements

- Support strategic coordination and organizational discipline

Requirements:

- Retired Army Colonel (mandatory)

- Strong experience in PR, administration, or senior leadership roles

- Preferably manufacturing sector background

- Strong public sector network

- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
