A QS Manager (Quantity Surveyor Manager) oversees the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, managing budgets and payments, drafting tenders and contracts, liaising with stakeholders, and managing risks to deliver value for clients
