As the Manager - Resources, you will play a pivotal role in driving Cambridge's business activities and supporting schools and colleges in the assigned region. Your mission will be to ensure Cambridge secures its position as a major player in the region for general qualifications and resources. This role is based in Islamabad and reports directly to the Head of Business Development (Resources), Pakistan.


About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing regional strategies, developing business, and nurturing customer relationships. You will work collaboratively with distributors, train them on product knowledge, and make joint school visits. Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, government departments, universities, and other key stakeholders will be crucial to your success. You will also create annual plans, produce business growth forecasts, and ensure compliance with group processes. Representing Cambridge at events, managing educational seminars, and providing regular feedback to the organisation will be part of your daily activities


About You

You are educated to degree level, with a relevant postgraduate qualification being a plus. You have a solid understanding of the educational sector and international sales management, along with knowledge of educational policy and pedagogy across international schools. You possess a deep understanding of customer expectations and behaviour, and you are adept at translating business strategies into growth strategies. In addition:

  • Your excellent command of Urdu and English will allow you to conduct business and represent Cambridge at the highest levels.
  • You will bring a commercial mindset, powerful relationship building skills, and the ability to coordinate sales and marketing efforts to add business value.
  • You will be open-minded, curious, and ready to learn, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
