Manager – Rolling Plant
Experience: Minimum 8 years in steel manufacturing / rolling operations

Job Summary:
The Manager Rolling Plant will oversee the production, operations, and maintenance of the rolling plant. The role ensures achievement of production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and safe working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the rolling plant, ensuring smooth workflow and equipment efficiency.
• Plan, monitor, and control rolling schedules to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize wastage.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Train, mentor, and lead rolling plant staff for skill enhancement.
• Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in rolling plant operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of steel rolling processes, equipment, and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Metroville: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
