Job Responsibilities:

Overall responsible for making plan and strategy for Sales Operations domain

Lead planning and development of company owned services centers
-
Effective project management ensuring that team and other stakeholders deliver planned projects as per management given timeline

Responsible for issuance of weekly and public holidays credit issuance to all channel partners

Designing, implementing and monitoring an overall risk management process for the Sales & Distribution, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company if and when risks occur

Managing the development & improvement of policies and processes for S&D for continuous process level efficiency

Monitoring and Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors

Monitoring of day to day operations & system developments and implementing new strategies to enhance operational efficiency

Monitoring and achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly departmental assigned services KPIs

Sales and distribution overall TAT management related to PO, Payments and ensuring accuracy and timely payment for business partners

Team development and trainings in order to build and develop multi-tasking team resources to ensure smooth operations & transitions when require
