Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall sales operations and targets for the Karachi region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial segments
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure performance delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and channel partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support decision-making
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments for project execution and after-sales support

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business Administration with3–5 years of relevant experience in regional sales leadership roles in B2B Solar EPC Sales
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics in the Karachi region
  • Proficient in pipeline management, reporting, and sales planning
  • Engineering background preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
