Manager (Seat Assembly)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end seat assembly operations.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and timely completion of production targets.
• Lead and train assembly teams to meet automotive standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
• 5–8 years’ experience in seat assembly or related manufacturing setup.
• Strong leadership, planning, and process improvement expertise.
