We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Leader to spearhead our staffing and recruitment operations in Qatar. The role requires a strong blend of sales, delivery, and operational leadership with full ownership of business growth, client engagement, and P&L management.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and expand the staffing & recruitment business across Qatar

Own end-to-end P&L management, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth

Drive business development and sales strategy, acquiring new clients across industries

Oversee delivery operations for both IT and Non-IT hiring mandates

Manage high-volume hiring across:
-
Blue-collar workforce
-
Grey-collar workforce
-
White-collar workforce
-
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing recruitment and sales teams
-
Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term client partnerships
-
Handle enterprise, government, and semi-government accounts
-
Lead and manage tender participation and bidding processes
-
Ensure strong governance, compliance, and service delivery excellence
Candidate Profile
-
Experience: 14–16 years in Staffing & Recruitment industry
-
Local Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of experience in GCC market
-
Proven experience managing both IT & Non-IT recruitment across multiple sectors
-
Strong exposure to volume/bulk hiring models
-
Demonstrated success in handling sales + delivery functions
-
Experience in BPO hiring/business will be an added advantage

Strong understanding of Qatar market dynamics, labor laws, and client landscape

Proven leadership in team building and people management

Experience in tender bidding and large account management is essential
