Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on business development and client acquisition . This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in building relationships, opening new accounts, and driving revenue growth within a fast-paced executive search environment.


The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm’s client base across financial services, technology, and corporate sectors, while also managing end-to-end recruitment delivery.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients across priority sectors (e.g., financial institutions, investment firms, consulting firms, corporates)
  • Develop and execute a structured business development strategy to generate consistent revenue
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, hiring managers, and HR leaders
  • Lead client meetings, pitch the firm’s services, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Proactively map the market and identify hiring trends and opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and convert leads into retained and contingent mandates


2. Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase wallet share
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategies and market insights
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Drive upselling of additional services (e.g., retained search, talent mapping, advisory)


3. Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from mandate qualification to placement
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for mid-to-senior level roles
  • Build and maintain a strong network of high-quality candidates
  • Present shortlists and coordinate interview processes
  • Negotiate offers and manage closing processes


4. Market Intelligence & Branding

  • Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
  • Contribute to the firm’s market positioning through insights and thought leadership
  • Represent the firm at networking events and industry forums


Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or B2B sales
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue generation
  • Strong network within Qatar or GCC markets (financial services experience preferred)
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite level)
  • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
