Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven
Recruitment Consultant
with a strong focus on
business development and client acquisition
. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in building relationships, opening new accounts, and driving revenue growth within a fast-paced executive search environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm’s client base across financial services, technology, and corporate sectors, while also managing end-to-end recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Identify, target, and acquire new clients across priority sectors (e.g., financial institutions, investment firms, consulting firms, corporates)

Develop and execute a structured business development strategy to generate consistent revenue

Build strong relationships with C-level executives, hiring managers, and HR leaders
-
Lead client meetings, pitch the firm’s services, and negotiate commercial terms
-
Proactively map the market and identify hiring trends and opportunities
-
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and convert leads into retained and contingent mandates
2. Account Management
-
Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase wallet share
-
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategies and market insights
-
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
-
Drive upselling of additional services (e.g., retained search, talent mapping, advisory)
3. Recruitment Delivery
-
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from mandate qualification to placement
-
Source, screen, and assess candidates for mid-to-senior level roles
-
Build and maintain a strong network of high-quality candidates
-
Present shortlists and coordinate interview processes
-
Negotiate offers and manage closing processes
4. Market Intelligence & Branding

Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity

Contribute to the firm’s market positioning through insights and thought leadership

Represent the firm at networking events and industry forums
Candidate Profile
-
3–7 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or B2B sales
-
Proven track record in business development and revenue generation
-
Strong network within Qatar or GCC markets (financial services experience preferred)
-
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite level)
-
Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
-
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
