Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Talent Communications
We are looking for a dynamic and action-oriented Talent Communications Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong bias for execution. You’ll help bring our employee value proposition (EVP) to life through engaging campaigns and content that attract, engage, and retain top talent. You'll also play a key role in supporting internal communications and crisis response initiatives when needed. This role calls for someone who can balance creativity with structure, think on their feet, and build strong relationships across teams to deliver impactful work.
Responsibilities
  • Execute and support talent communication campaigns
    Implement communication plans for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent
    Adapt and localize messaging for various channels—social media, intranet, email, leadership messages, etc
    Ensure alignment with the company's EVP and tone of voice across communication efforts
Track performance and help optimize content and campaign strategies based on data and feedback
  • Support employee engagement communication
    Contribute to internal campaigns, leadership messaging, employee experiences, and culture programs
    Partner with HR, internal communications, and business teams to deliver timely and relevant employee communication
    Create content for channels such as newsletters, announcements, and virtual or in-person events
  • Content creation and development for employer branding
    Create engaging copy for various marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, and event communications, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone of voice
    Develop strategic content such as blogs, playbooks, and reports that support talent communications and broader business objectives
    Document and share best practices for talent communications, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all platforms
    Analyze the performance of communication campaigns, using A/B testing and other metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Support crisis and sensitive communication
    Help craft clear, timely, and aligned messaging during high-stakes or sensitive employee-related events
    Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent communication in moments of uncertainty or change
    Handle sensitive information with discretion, clarity, and empathy
  • Operational and process excellence
    Maintain calendars, campaign trackers, content libraries, and communication SOPs
    Coordinate reviews, inputs, and approvals across stakeholders and creative teams
    Support structured workflows to ensure delivery of high-quality content on time
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
    Relevant years of experience in internal/external communications, talent marketing, or employer branding
    Strong writing and editing skills in English, with an ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging messages
    Hands-on experience in creating content across multiple formats (copy, visuals, video scripts, etc.)
    Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
    Exposure to communication in high-paced, matrixed organizations; prior crisis comms support experience is a plus
    Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop preferred
    Understanding of talent market dynamics and cultural sensitivities.
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and senior management, both locally and globally.
