🏗️  We’re Hiring: Manager – Project Concept Development, Tenders & Procurement

💰 Salary: from AED 15,000/month

About the Role

Well Concept Real Estate Development LLC  is looking for a  development-side professional , not a site-based Project Manager.

This role focuses on  tender management, procurement, and full building fit-out coordination  in accordance with approved design concepts - from early concept development through procurement, supply, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead  project concept development  together with designers and consultants
• Manage  construction, fit-out, and procurement tenders
• Organize and coordinate  supply of materials and equipment  for full completion of residential and office buildings
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers  across multiple countries
• Oversee  full fit-out process  until project handover
• Prepare and manage  permits, approvals, and authority submissions
• Handle  project registration  (RERA, DLD, Trakheesi, Escrow, etc.)
• Coordinate consultant, supplier, and contractor agreements
• Ensure compliance with  design intent, timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Required Experience (Mandatory)

• Minimum  2 years of experience in a Dubai-based real estate development company
• Hands-on experience in  tenders and procurement , including:
• Furniture & joinery
• Decorative panels & cladding
• Windows, doors, façades
• Tiles, sanitary ware, kitchens
• Metal works & custom fabrication
• Elevators and technical equipment
• Proven experience managing  suppliers from different countries
• Experience in  full building fit-out coordination until handover
• Knowledge of  certification, compliance, and approval standards  (UAE & international)
• Strong understanding of  modern construction materials and technologies
• Excellent documentation, coordination, and negotiation skills

Important Notice

⚠️  This is NOT a general construction Project Manager role.

Candidates with experience  only in site supervision or classic project management without tenders, procurement, and fit-out coordination  will  not  be considered.

Preferred Background

• Architecture / Civil Engineering / Project Management degree
• Previous roles such as:
• Tender & Procurement Manager (Development)
• Fit-Out & Procurement Manager
• Development Supply Chain / Materials Manager
