Job Description:
1. Create and execute total rewards strategies that align with the organizational goals. This includes designing compensation structures and benefits programs that meet local market needs and reflect global best practices, ensuring competitiveness in attracting top talent.
2. Develop and drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for total rewards, ensuring alignment of budgeting and resource allocation with strategic priorities and business objectives.
3. Manage all aspects of compensation, including salary scales, incentive programs, and bonus structures.
4. Analyze market trends and internal equity to develop a competitive compensation strategy that rewards performance and aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
5. Lead the design and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and meet the diverse needs of employees. Evaluate health, wellness, retirement, and other benefits offerings to provide value to the workforce while aligning with financial objectives.
6. Spearhead the development and implementation of Employee Wellness Programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, fostering a healthy and engaged workforce.
7. Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure total rewards offerings remain competitive.
8. Analyze industry trends and competitor practices to make data-driven recommendations for enhancements to compensation and benefits programs.
9. Work closely with senior leadership to align total rewards strategies with business objectives. Integrate the total rewards philosophy into the broader organizational strategy, ensuring all initiatives support the company's mission and vision.
10. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective performance management systems that align individual and team performance with organizational goals.
11. Oversee and continuously improve the performance management process, providing tools and resources to managers to effectively evaluate and develop their teams, driving engagement and high performance.
12. Any other related task assigned by seniors.
Job Specification:
1. At least Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related domain.
2. At least ten years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits management, with a proven track record of success.
3. Significant international exposure, with experience managing total rewards programs across different countries and cultures, is highly desirable.
4. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and driving compensation and benefits decision-making.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Pay: From Rs175,000.00 per month
