Total Rewards Executive

PakWheels.com is looking for a Total Rewards Executive to join our HR team. The role involves managing the company’s total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in compensation and benefits, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure competitive and fair reward systems aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and implementation of compensation structures, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
• Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Monitor benefits usage and recommend plan adjustments based on employee needs and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure all reward programs comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR function.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
• Excellent knowledge of compensation practices and benefits administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
