Human Resources Executive / HR Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive / HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring HR best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exits
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company values and labor laws
  • Support managers with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support company culture
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal HR requirements
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
