Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager - Warehouse, Assets & Logistics to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of warehouse operations, assets, and logistics, ensuring that all processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.

Your expertise in logistics management and warehousing will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operational effectiveness of Qiddiya, as you ensure that assets are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution of assets
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment necessary for ongoing projects
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all warehouse and logistics operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with project timelines and requirements
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, assets, and logistics activities, providing reports as required
• Lead a team of warehouse and logistics professionals, providing training and support to ensure high-performance standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in warehouse and logistics management
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or asset management
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics principles
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
