Manager/Associate – Financial Advisory

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of advanced financial and project finance models (DCF, IRR/NPV, DSCR, LLCR, sensitivity/scenario modelling) for major public sector, PPP, and infrastructure projects.
  • Supervise the preparation of financial feasibility studies and business cases (PC-I/PC-II), covering demand analysis, revenue modelling, value-for-money assessments, and long-term fiscal impact evaluations.
  • Lead valuations of public and private entities using DCF, market multiples, NAV, and sector-specific methods in line with international valuation standards.
  • Strengthen institutional financial governance through audit trails, financial control mechanisms, CAPEX/OPEX governance tools, and cost-governance frameworks to enhance fiscal accountability.
  • Review financial models and feasibility reports submitted by consultants and implementing agencies to ensure accuracy, compliance with PPP/SECP regulations, and alignment with public finance rules.
  • Guide budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning by designing cost estimation tools, long-term financial projections, and risk-adjusted fiscal scenarios for government entities.
  • Produce high-level analytical insights, scenario results, and financial dashboards for senior leadership, translating complex modelling into actionable policy and investment recommendations.
  • Provide expert advisory support on financial structuring, risk allocation, and regulatory compliance, and perform any related assignments entrusted by senior management.

Qualification

  • Minimum 16 years’ education in Finance/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Accounting/ Public Financial Management or
  • CA/CA Finalist/ACCA/ ACMA/ ICAEW/ CFA or equivalent relevant degree from a reputed Foreign University or HEC recognized institutions.

Experience

  • At-least 7 years’ relevant post qualification experience.
