Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership and Vision:
o Develop and execute the overall strategic roadmap for Klickl’s on-ramps and crypto processing verticals, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities. o
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to position our products as industry-leading solutions in the evolving digital asset space.
2. Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
o Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Compliance) to design, develop, and launch an integrated platform that provides merchants with seamless fiat-to-digital asset conversions and efficient crypto processing. o
Oversee the full product lifecycle – from ideation and development to launch and iterative improvements – ensuring the solution is robust, secure, and scalable, meets regulatory standards, and exceeds user expectations. 3.
Business Development and Strategic Partnerships:
o Identify and establish key partnerships with banks, payment processors, fintechs, and other key stakeholders to enhance liquidity, expand market reach, and support our product initiatives.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators to ensure ongoing compliance with local and international financial regulations, including AML/KYC and data privacy standards. 4.
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
o Build and implement operational frameworks and risk management strategies to ensure scalability, security and reliability of our on-ramp and crypto processing services. o
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and technological advancements to continuously adjust and optimize business operations.
5. Merchant Growth & Crypto Processing Support:
o Develop strategies to accelerate merchant adoption of crypto processing solutions under the KlickPay brand, drive revenue growth and expand our market footprint. o
Work with sales and marketing teams to create customized solutions and value propositions that meet the evolving needs of merchants transitioning to crypto payment systems.
6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Lead, coach and motivate teams across multiple functions, including product management, business development and operations. o
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence across departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
7. Performance Metrics & Reporting:
o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to monitor the success of on/off ramp and crypto processing initiatives.
o Provide regular data-driven updates and strategic insights to senior management to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field; MBA or higher is a plus. 7
+ years of experience in FinTech, Digital Assets or Payment Processing with a proven track record of launching and scaling innovative financial products and services. Candidates with strong management experience and significant impact will also be considered. Experience
in developing and managing on- and off-ramps solutions or similar financial gateway products is preferred. In-depth
understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, blockchain technology, fiat conversion processes and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, data privacy, etc.). Ability to
build and manage cross-functional teams and build strategic partnerships with key industry players.
Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
