Manager/Incharge Scaffolding

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Incharge Scaffolding professional to oversee and manage scaffolding operations in a high-risk industrial environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project efficiency within the Oil & Gas, construction, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc Engineering or DAE. CIRIS Certification.
• Minimum 10 years of scaffolding experience, with at least 5 years in a leading role.
• Strong expertise in Oil & Gas, construction or industrial sectors.
• Good leadership & communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring safety compliance and meeting project deadlines.
• Perform scaffolding inspections and uphold high safety standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the scaffolding team, ensuring compliance.
• Optimize resource management and collaborate with engineers and project managers.
• Ensure scaffolding structures are secure, safe, and efficient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
