Role Overview

The Mandarin Real Estate Sales Advisor supports Chinese‑speaking clients throughout their property search and investment journey in Abu Dhabi. The role combines bilingual communication, market expertise, and strong sales capability to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through premium real estate transactions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the UAE market with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bilingual Client Support — Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with property inquiries, market understanding, and investment decisions, ensuring clear and culturally aligned communication.
  • Property Sales & Negotiation — Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and viewings to negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Market Knowledge — Maintain strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, pricing trends, and investment opportunities to provide accurate guidance.
  • Lead Generation — Build and nurture a pipeline of Chinese‑speaking clients through referrals, digital platforms, networking, and company‑provided leads.
  • Property Viewings — Conduct property tours and highlight key features, lifestyle benefits, and investment potential.
  • Documentation & Compliance — Support clients with reservation forms, MOUs, SPA processes, and regulatory requirements in line with UAE real estate laws.
  • Relationship Building — Develop long‑term relationships with clients, investors, and partners within the Chinese community.
  • Collaboration — Work closely with sales teams, marketing, and admin departments to ensure seamless operations and strong client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in real estate sales, customer service, or client advisory roles—UAE experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Chinese client expectations, cultural nuances, and investment behavior.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, developers, and communities.
  • Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and a client‑focused mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
