We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Production Experienced Professional to join our team. In this role you will be leading the transformer tank manufacturing production team. You will be responsible of production planning of transformers tank manufacturing process.

Implementing Lean in production line with outstanding performance that is targeting the best quality, maximum cost saving and shortest delivery time.

Coordinating with the Execution Team to achieve the most efficient processes and optimal use of resources.

Securing the required staffing and foster well-trained and motivated teams and establishing a professional and reliable working environment.

Monitoring and improving the throughput time and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Accountable in ensuring a safe work environment while maintaining company assets and resources.

Ensuring and managing proper setup for assembly, welding and testing to achieve Production KPIs.

Ensuring that the area of responsibilities is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

3 -5 years of relevant experience in steel sheets manufacturing.

Experience in welding, WPS, and electrostatic painting is a must.

Strong leadership qualities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understanding the lean concept and minimizing all related 7 Wastes.

Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
