About the Role::
We’re looking for a Market Development Representative (Inbound) to join our fast-paced Sales team at Programmers Force. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, identifying qualified opportunities, and ensuring smooth handoff to the Sales Executives.
You’ll play a critical role in engaging prospects, understanding their business needs, and helping them explore our advanced identity verification and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities::- Manage and qualify inbound leads via email, live chat, and calls.
- Understand customer requirements, pain points, and potential fit.
- Nurture prospects through personalized follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the Sales team for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity logs in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead management processes.
- Meet and exceed targets related to lead conversion, response time, and engagement quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and product developments.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in inbound sales, SDR/MDR, or lead qualification (B2B preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of SaaS or technology-based solutions will be a plus.
