Marketing Account Manager

Sudace is looking for an Account Manager for the following needs:

Responsibilities:

• Review and refine client briefs to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective direction before sharing internally.
• Manage project timelines, updates, and coordination between teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members and managers to track progress and address challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as the main point of contact for campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop strategies, KPIs, and communication plans that align with client goals.
• Supervise campaign execution, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide clients with strategic advice, insights, and creative solutions to enhance performance and satisfaction.
• Oversee content creation, visuals, and messaging to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage third-party collaborations (e.g., influencers, photo/video shoots) and ensure proper execution.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with marketing trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage social media content and planning
• Manage social media platfomrs from schedualing, posting, contnet engegement, and others.
• Support business development activities such as proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Help manage Sudace’s digital presence, including social media, website, and SEO activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

· 3-5 years of marketing agency experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
