TheTitleDeed is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Admin to oversee and grow our digital presence in the Dubai real estate market.

If you understand real estate trends, know how to turn news into engaging content, and can create high-performing short-form videos, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a clear social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

•Create content calendars aligned with Dubai real estate trends and market updates

•Write engaging scripts based on the latest and most relevant Dubai real estate news

•Produce and edit high-quality reel and short-form video content

•Monitor analytics, engagement, and performance metrics to optimize growth

•Stay updated with Dubai property market news and transform insights into engaging digital content

•Support overall marketing initiatives and brand positioning

Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

•Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form video content

•Ability to edit reel-style videos (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

•Good understanding of social media algorithms and audience growth strategies

•Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is highly preferred

•Creative, proactive, and results-driven
