Role OverviewAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, you will play a vital role in fueling ZAPTA’s business growth. You’ll focus on researching potential leads, engaging decision-makers, and creating opportunities for the business development team. This internship is designed to give you real-world experience in B2B tech sales, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role upon successful completion.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads in target industries (US, Europe, GCC).
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls with prospects.
  • Maintain and update leads/activities in the CRM system.
  • Assist in drafting outreach messaging and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, ZAPTA’s solutions, and competitor landscape.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Passion for sales, business development, and the technology industry.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site with the Lahore sales team.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) is a plus.
