Job Title:

Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

The Sales Specialist for business development and client acquisition, as well as preparing technical and operational studies for cleaning and maintenance projects. The role ensures the delivery of complete commercial and technical proposals that support both sales growth and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
• Prepare and present commercial offers and quotations.
• Negotiate and close contracts and deals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Technical Project Studies:

• Prepare technical studies for cleaning and maintenance projects.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into operational plans.
• Define scope of work (cleaning, maintenance, operations).
• Estimate required manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Develop execution methodologies and work plans.
• Prepare technical proposals for tenders and contracts.

3. Coordination & Operations Support:

• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution.
• Assist in developing work schedules and operational plans.
• Support project mobilization and ensure alignment with technical studies.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, technical estimation, or project management (preferably in contracting services).
• Strong knowledge of cleaning and maintenance services industry.
• Excellent analytical and proposal preparation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Required)
