Rosati’s Pizza Morrisville is a neighborhood pizza shop known for deep dish, thin crust. We partner with schools, clubs, HOAs, sports teams, and 55+ communities to raise awareness for our brand and bring people together over great food.
Role Summary
You’ll lead community outreach and support day-to-day marketing. Your goal is to build relationships, book fundraisers and catering orders, grow our local presence, and track results. What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and maintain a pipeline of schools, clubs, teams, apartments, HOAs, churches, and local employers (2–4 mile radius).
- Book fundraiser nights / spirit nights, team meals, teacher lunches, and neighborhood events.
- Attend and table at community events (set up simple booth, flyers, QR codes, sample slices when allowed).
- Own the outreach calendar and follow-ups; send post-event thank-yous and report results back to partners.
Marketing & Content
- Create simple flyers, social posts, and emails (templates provided; light design skills helpful).
- Post 3–5x/week on Facebook/Instagram/Next-door; capture store photos/video; reply to comments/DMs.
- Coordinate and invite local influencers once a week.
- Monitor marketing campaigns on Meta.
- Build segmented outreach lists (schools, clubs, HOAs, nearby offices) and run light outreach campaigns.
- Keep promos current on Google Business Profile and delivery platforms.
- Track reviews; draft friendly owner responses; escalate issues.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the store team on event dates, prep, and delivery/packaging needs.
- Log each outreach touchpoint and deal status.
- Report weekly on key metrics (see below).

Requirements
- 1+ year in outreach, sales, events, or marketing (hospitality/retail a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Able to work some evenings/weekends for events as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs for event materials/booth.
Tools We Use
Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), Canva, Meta/Instagram, Nextdoor, basic CRM/sheet, QR codes/UTMs. Training provided.
Schedule & Compensation
- 40 hrs/week
- $40-60k DOE + bonus tied to KPIs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Outbound touches: 80–120/week (email + phone + in-person)
- Fundraisers booked: 4–8/month
- Group orders/catering booked: 6–10/month
- Partner retention: 60%+ book again within 60–90 days.
- Review response time: within 24 hours
- Content cadence: 3–5 posts/week with basic analytics tracked.
- Online community involvement: 15-20 digital engagement /week.
