Performance Marketing Assistant (2–3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a talented and creative Performance Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid ads, creative designing, and analytics — with a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create and manage high-performing B2B ad campaigns
• Design creative assets using Canva and Photoshop
• Use AI-powered design tools to enhance ad creatives and campaign performance
• Conduct monthly reporting, campaign analysis, and performance reviews
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve ROAS and lead quality
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support overall brand growth
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve targeting
• Ensure branding consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong understanding of paid ads optimization and audience targeting
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing
• Basic designing skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of AI-based design and automation tools
• Experience in B2B ads creation and management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare monthly reports
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
