About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support and execute end-to-end digital, social, and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong pulse on social media trends, experience in fashion or retail, and the ability to manage multiple marketing channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, footfall, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Handle community management, content planning, creation, posting, and performance tracking
- Conceptualize and execute creative social and tactical marketing campaigns
- Write engaging captions, blogs, presentations, and marketing content
- Stay updated with emerging social trends and incorporate them creatively into brand content
Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, media partners, and brand collaborations
- Maintain influencer databases, gifting lists, and manage logistics
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors; manage briefs, feedback, and deliverables
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid & organic) across platforms
- Manage social ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and performance optimization
- Use social and listening tools (Hootsuite, Social Bakers, etc.) for monitoring and insights
- Conduct competitor analysis and social performance tracking
E-commerce & Website Management
- Manage the brand’s e-commerce platform end-to-end
- Inventory coordination
- Payment gateway handling
- Content updates
- Logistics coordination
- Support strategies to build and grow online revenue
- Assist with website management and updates
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, benchmark, and measure marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams
- Assist in building a strong, long-term digital connection with customers
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal creative, sales, and marketing teams
- Assist in planning and executing integrated 360-degree marketing strategies
- Support offline marketing initiatives aligned with digital campaigns
Experience & Skills Required
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (fashion/retail experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Hands-on experience with B2C & B2B social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM
- Knowledge of e-commerce planning and management
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe design tools
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication, interpersonal, and vendor management skills
- Flexible with working hours
- Fluent in Hindi
Education
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
