• We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who understands both creativity and performance. This role requires someone who can manage social media, create engaging content, edit videos and visuals, and track marketing results with confidence.

• Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management
• Manage and grow brand accounts across platforms
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages
• Stay updated with trends and implement relevant ideas
• Content Planning & Creation
• Develop creative content strategies aligned with business goals
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
• Write captions and basic ad copy
• Coordinate campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions
• Design, Photo & Video Editing
• Design creatives using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Edit photos for social media and digital use
• Handle basic to intermediate video editing for reels, ads, and promotional content
• Add subtitles, transitions, basic motion graphics, and sound edits
• Ensure brand consistency across all content
• Performance Marketing
• Support and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google
• Monitor ad performance and improve based on insights
• Track KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and ROI
• Analytics & Reporting
• Use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user behavior
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Analyze data and suggest actionable improvements
• Website Management
• Update website content through WordPress
• Ensure website aligns with ongoing campaigns
• Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Reels, short-form ads, social content)
• Understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising platforms
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Preferred:
• Experience in content shooting. photography and mood board creation
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Strong awareness of digital trends and platform updates, previous experince in f&b business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
