Your Impact
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Web Content Associate to support the evolution of our website experience. This role will focus on auditing existing templates, identifying gaps, implementing best practices, and collaborating with design, UX, and marketing teams to ensure our web presence is optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
You will play a key role in improving site structure, enabling admin functionality, and supporting the creation of new landing pages that align with our marketing goals. Success in this role requires strong technical understanding of HubSpot, a keen eye for design consistency, and the ability to manage multiple web-related projects simultaneously.
Inventory current templates used across the site.
Conduct gap analysis to identify missing functionality or design inconsistencies.
Select and implement new templates that align with business needs.
Review current CMS package and plan to determine the best path forward.
Work closely with Design, UX, and Marketing teams to update templates and improve user experience.
Support admin enablement for template and content updates.
Assist in restructuring old blog pages to fit new templates.
Build new landing pages for campaigns and services.
Update site navigation and services schema for clarity and usability.
Ensure templates follow SEO and GEO/AEO best practices for optimal search performance.
Strong understanding of HubSpot, specifically web and content management.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Analytical & Organized: Skilled at auditing, identifying gaps, and implementing structured improvements.
Collaborative: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, UX, and marketing.
Proactive: Takes initiative to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Tech-Savvy: Adept at using CMS tools and understanding web performance metrics.
For Chicago, IL, the estimated hourly rate this position is between $30.00 and $38.00. For New York City, the estimated hourly rate this position is between $33.00 and $43.00. The range for this position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
