Position Overview

Code Blue is seeking a creative and execution-focused Marketing Communications Specialist to develop and deliver brand-consistent collateral, visual assets, website and social content, campaign support materials, and internal/external communications across the business. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Growth, this role serves as a key contributor to how Code Blue is presented to customers, partners, and employees—translating technical products and messages into clear, compelling messaging and visuals.

The right candidate will combine creative instincts with practical execution, disciplined follow-through, and a willingness to support a broad range of communication needs in a mission-driven company.

Primary Responsibilities

Content & Asset Development

· Create and edit marketing digital and print marketing assets including one-pagers, fliers, presentations, videos, email campaigns, and social content using established templates and brand guidelines.

· Own the creation of customer success content (case studies, testimonials, quotes, etc.) to support sales enablement and marketing campaigns

· Develop clear, customer-focused visual and written messaging that translates technical product information into accessible content.

· Produce sales enablement materials and tools that communicate products and promotions to support channel partners and internal team.

· Create sales-requested mockups to support opportunities, demos, and proposals.

· Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all company materials.

Digital Media Production & Management

· Manage and update website digital assets and content in coordination with Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist, leadership, and external partners.

· Generate and maintain social media content calendar and build out existing Content Playbook.

· Create, manage, and maintain all social media content and posts following the Code Blue Content Playbook and calendar.

· Oversee the creation of product and educational videos and collaborate with sales & marketing leadership and outside vendors to prioritize, design, and produce.

· Verify and prepare customer-provided logos for production by confirming vector formats (EPS), ensuring correct sizing, and coordinating with Customer Service and Manufacturing to confirm files are print-ready.

· Maintain a centralized marketing asset library, including logos, product images, videos, brochures, templates, presentations, and other commercial materials.

Corporate Communications

· Execute marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and tradeshow events.

· Create and manage communications to channel partners including monthly newsletter, product updates, and company direction.

· Support internal communications that inform and align employees around company initiatives, launches, and key messages.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

· 4-6 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, creative services, or a closely related role.

· Solid graphic design capabilities with experience creating polished, brand-consistent digital and print materials.

· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)

· Experience creating and managing social media content on multiple platforms

· Proficient writing skills

· Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, small-team environment.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience marketing B2B technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, or public-safety-related products.

· Experience managing website content.

· Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM/email marketing platforms

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

· Practical portfolio examples that demonstrate brand and marketing execution experience.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
