Marketing & Content Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing & Content Executive who can manage end-to-end marketing activities for our businesses. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and capable of handling content creation, social media management, customer engagement, and business generation.This role requires both creative skills and field work, including site visits and on-ground content shooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively visit client offices, buildings, business centres, and commercial locations to promote company services
• Meet clients, building management teams, and facility managers to explain the company’s fit-out and related services
• Identify potential fit-out and renovation enquiries through on-site visits and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, building management, and local contacts
• Generate leads and business opportunities through direct field visits and follow-ups
• Support business development activities and work towards assigned monthly enquiry and conversion targets
• Visit project sites, ongoing works, and completed projects for client meetings and marketing purposes
• Create photos and videos during site visits for marketing and promotional content
• Handle and manage all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Plan and publish regular posts, reels, and stories showcasing company services and projects
• Design basic marketing creatives and promotional materials using minimal resources
• Handle incoming enquiries from social media, WhatsApp, calls, and walk-in references
• Follow up with potential clients and coordinate meetings with management or technical team
• Maintain records of site visits, leads generated, client interactions, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with management to align field activities with marketing campaigns and business goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
